ABOUT ME
After graduating from NYU, I worked as a preschool teacher in California. I studied for my master’s degree in human development when my interests shifted from early education to developmental psychology.
I trained at Cedars Sinai Hospital, joined their Staff, earned a PhD at The Graduate Center for Child Development (Reiss-Davis) and helped create a protocol for evaluating children in groups (PREP). When my youngest children enrolled in school in 1996, I established a private practice.
My husband and I relocated to the East coast where I continue to work in private practice and (for several years) Spurwink’s public school counseling program.
